




AHF-350 is a general purposes hardfacing electrodes of medium hardness, which can be machined by chip-forming. Particularly suited for wear resisting parts subjected to heavy impact and shock. Can be used in all positions, except vertical-down. Weld metal is crack resistance and free of pores. Suitables for reconditioning or rails, rail crossings, switch points, sprockets and wearing parts, such as: rope pulleys, tumblers, rollers, caterpillar track rollers and links, wheel flanges, stud links.

AHF-600 is a hardfacing electrodes for depositing tough and heavy impact & shock resistance. It can be machined only by grinding. Only in case of very crack sensitive base metals, a tough buffer layer, made with AW-307 electrodes, is required. Suitabled for hardfacingg excavator parts, bucket edges and bucket teeth, drilling bits, coal planes, conveyor screws, polygon edges, crusher jaws and cones.

AHF-1000 is a hardfacing electrodes depositing hypereutectic chromium hard metal. It is suitable for producing highly waer resisting deposits subjec to abrasion by mineral particels. The weld metal is machinable only by grinding. On difficult to weld steels, a buffer layer made with AW-307 electrodes is required. AHF-1000 produces very smooth weld beads with flat penetration. Weld metal recovery is approx 160%.

AHF-SM is an electrode for hardsurfacing rollers in sugar mills. Restrikes automatically even on wet base materials, allows to deposits efficient shaped dots, good weld bead aspect even at high travel speed, 200% recovery. Suitable for: mill rollers and roller flange in sugar manufactories.

AW-307 is a synthetic basic coated stainless steel electrode, used for joining stainless steel to carbon steel, welding 14% manganese steel, armour and difficult to weld steels, and also for rebuilding, reclamation, buffer layer before hardfacing. Suitable for rails & railway equipment, components subjected to severe impact and high pressure, parts undergoing corrosive conditions & cavitation. Extensivelyused in the steelmaking, public works, mining and dredging fields.

AW-Mn is a manganese hardfacing electrodes for wear resisting hard facing deposits. Weld metal adopt high hardness by cold working. It’s therefore particulary suited for parts which are subjected mainly to wear caused by heavy impact and shock. When building up various layers. It’s good pratice depositing a buffer layer with AW-307 weld metal. Suitable for: hardfacing and repair welding of wear resisting partsmade of austenitic manganese steel, such as crusher jaw plates, crusher cones, pulverizing hammers, beating arms and others.
