AW-WELD A is the kind of low hydrogen coated nickel based alloy welding electrodes and it’s chemical composition is NiCr15Fe12NbMo. It is suitable for DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive) and it can be used for all positional welding. It has excellent properties of anti-crack and corrosion resistance due to contents Nb and Mo. It is applicable for welding of different steels like Nickel based Alloys like Inconel600/601, Incoloy800/800HT, iron nickel based alloys, stainless steels, low alloys steels etc.
AW-Ni182 electrodes are used for welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys to themselves and for dissimilar welding between nickel-chromium-iron alloys and steels or stainless steels.
The applications include surfacing as well as clad-side welding.
AW-Ni112 is a covered electrode which is used to weld nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. It is also used exten-sively in overlay cladding where similar chemical composition is required on the clad side. Its applications include dissimilar joints betweens nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to stainless steels, carbon or low alloy steels. These electrodes are used in applica-tions where the temperature ranges from cryogenic up to 982°C. The deposit chemistry is similar to a 625 solid wire
This highly versatile corrosion-resistant electrode is most commonly used More common uses of E-NiCrMo-4 include the nuclear industry where it is used for pressure vessel superheaters, steam separators and tube plates. This electrode is commonly used in cryogenic installations; chemical and petrochemical applications; and for heat treatment and case hardening industrial furnace parts. More specific uses include joining Inconel® 625, 718, X-750 and 760 to 9% nickel steels; for welding Incoloy® 825 to carbon steel, stainless steel and low alloy steel; for joining Inconel® 625, Monel® K-500, Incoloy® 800 and 825 to Inconel® 706, 718 and X-750; and for joining Inconel® 825 and 800.
AW-276 is a flux-coated electrode designed for welding low carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum Hastelloy® C and Hastelloy® C-276 to themselves or to stainless steel or nickel base alloys. This electrode offers excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing up to 1035ºC. AW-276 used for welding the clad side of joints in steel clad with low carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys.
ENiCrCoMo-1 is the kind of low hydrogen coated nickel based alloy welding electrodes and it’s chemical composition is NiCr22Co12Mo. It is suitable for DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive) and with execellent performance of weld metal mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and pyro-oxidation resistance. It can be used for all positional welding. It is applicable for welding of Nickel Alloys like Inconel 600/601, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 825, and HK40/HP40 iron nickel based corrosion resistance alloys under high termprature conditions.
